On the rooftop you will discover our Garden Oasis, a piece of art with the ideal balance of beauty and design creating a perfectly serene space like no other. It boasts luxuriant lounges for relaxing. Peaceful water features and a viewing platform which allows you to take in the wonderful river, ocean and bowls club aspects.

This will be one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest Green Roofs, with over a quarter of an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens. This is a space truly crafted for the residents. You can entertain family and friends by cooking up a storm in one of the many fully equipped BBQ areas. Or simply relax in the one of the secluded corners of the Garden Oasis and enjoy the view.

WELLBEING CENTRE

The health and wellbeing of residents is at the core of Serene Living’s philosophy and with that in mind we have created a space where you can relax the mind while working on the body. The Wellbeing Centre offers swimming in the heated lap pool, relaxing in the spa or exercising in the state of the art gymnasium. A range of activities are on offer such as aqua aerobics and personal training in the gym. You could also take in something a little less strenuous such as one of our yoga classes in the Garden Oasis.
