The ‘New Kid On The Block’ : Serene Resident Story

A huge welcome to the beautiful and bubbly, Maria – One of Serene’s newest residents. Here she tells her story…

Greetings to the residents and potential residents of Serene.

I am, the one who is called the ‘New Kid On The Block’ – moving in to Serene, into the brand new ‘Stellar’ Wing in December.

It was such a wonderful decision to live here at Serene, where I can enjoy my twilight years.

My family is very pleased that I made the move when I did and am here at Serene in a safe and very happy environment. I have lived in the area for years, my last unit only two blocks away from Serene, and love it- with all of my friends and activities nearby.

I am downsizing and decluttering since making my move, sharing the items I no longer need with family, friends and the op shops – who are very pleased to be given some ‘goodies’!

The Management and staff at Serene are always willing to help and offer advice, and I can’t thank them enough.

I am very happy I came to Serene.
