The health and wellbeing of residents are at the core of Serene Retirement Living’s philosophy, and with that in mind, we have created a space where you can relax the mind while working on the body. The Wellbeing Centre offers swimming in the heated lap pool and brand new hydro pool, relaxing in the spa or exercising in the state of the art gymnasium.

A range of activities is on offer such as aqua aerobics and personal training in the gym. You could also take in something a little less strenuous such as one of our tai chi classes amongst nature in the Garden Oasis.
